Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ritual Runway (ritualrunway.com). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The service
Ritual Runway is a personal budgeting tool. It is not a financial advisor, a bank, or a licensed financial service. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice. All budgeting decisions are your own.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Subscription and billing
Ritual Runway offers a 45-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period you must subscribe to continue using the app. Subscriptions are billed monthly at $7/month or annually at $60/year (equivalent to $5/month). Billing is handled by Stripe.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Monthly subscribers retain access until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers retain access until the end of the annual period.
Refunds
Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days annual plans are non-refundable. To request a refund contact heydarlin@ritualrunway.com.
Your data
You own your data. We do not sell it. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Ritual Runway for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access another user's account, or to reverse engineer any part of the service.
Limitation of liability
Ritual Runway is provided as is. We are not liable for any financial decisions made using the app or for any data loss resulting from account deletion.
Changes to these terms
We will notify you by email before making material changes to these terms.
